We take a great deal of care and pride in making sure you love your ornaments as much as we do and we’re confident that you will! Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is something that concerns you with your order, please do reach out so that we can address your concerns.
At A Christmas Moment, we do our best in packing your items to ensure that all your ornaments arrive safe and sound, ready to be loved and displayed on your tree! But we understand that sometimes our ornaments have a bumpier than usual journey to your home. If your order arrives with damaged ornaments, let us know and we will work with you to fix the order. Our goal is to ensure you are happy with your ornaments whether they be for your own collection or are gifts for others.
