Delivery
We make every effort to carefully pack your ornaments for shipment so that they arrive to you intact. However we know that sometimes, the journey can be rougher than usual. If your ornament arrives broken, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it so that we can work with you on your order.
Personalizing your ornaments takes 2-3 days before shipping. We work to double, triple check your order for spelling and placement before we ship. Shipping speed depends on the shipping option you choose at check-out. Please keep our personalization time in mind when ordering for last minute orders or express shipping.

Yes! Absolutely. Before adding it to your cart, make sure you have not checked the option for adding the year. Then, in your cart, add the year you would like added in the “Special Instructions” box.
Perfect for when you need to backdate ornaments for years you’ve missed.
We use a special, permanent art pen for your ornament. While it is considered permanent, the oils from your fingers can deteriorate the ink over time. So we advise that you refrain from touching the personalization areas so to keep your ornament as pristine for years to come.
Unfortunately, we are unable to do this. Many of the ornaments are not ‘paint/glaze-sealed’ in the back and so our pens do not write clearly on the back and result in ‘ink bleeding.’
